Knowledge Management

Let there be Light (Divine Insight)

You have taken on a new leadership role.  You are not getting the response you expected from your subordinates who are providing inadequate and inaccurate status reporting.   You want to be able to obtain accurate information to make the necessary changes and build in productivity within the group.  You decide to collaborate with the team versus micromanaging them, putting the team on edge.  You are not sure what to do, so you pray about it and ask the Lord for light in this area of darkness.

God has revealed to you that the team is lacking certain skills, which has contributed to the inefficient status reporting.   Then He provides you with witty ideas and illumination on how to resolve the issue without causing a major conflict within the team.  This is an example of how to call on the true Light for insight and wisdom about any situation that you need light on.

Jesus Christ is the True Light of the world, who  came to give us light.  Light is the divine illumination or insight to reveal and impart life, through Christ. Walk in the light of God's word to get the insight and knowledge you need to be the best you can be on your job!

Partakers of His Divine Nature

God Defines you not your job!
Traveling Monday thru Thursday several times a month for the past couple of months for a critical high visible client.   Feeling stressed, no time to get in the word of God or go to Church because you are so tired.

What you need is a dose of extra strength Grace and Peace.  This comes by making time to get into the word of God 2 Pet 1:2-9.  The more knowledge you have about the word, the more Grace and Peace will be multiplied.   Yes, your client is important, but your spiritual well-being is more important.   You are a new creature in Christ, not in your job.

If you need help with the client or anyone for that matter, the Bible says to come boldly to the throne of Grace to obtain mercy and find Grace to help in time of need.   Grow strong in Grace and watch your client situation turn around for your good.
